Called and left a message on 05/25 regarding a couch removal, within an hour I received a text from Mike requesting more detail, a photo and an address. Texting back and forth we had an agreement on price, a pickup date on 05/27 between 9 and 10:00am. Today at 9:45am received a text from Mike saying they were running late and would be arriving around 10:30am. True to his word he arrived, dismantled the couch, loaded it on the truck.
